E-commerce Executive

Role Summary

E-Commerce executive will be responsible for preparing and listing product catalogues on various E-commerce websites. He/she will be responsible for the entire order processing cycle that is from receiving the order till the timely delivery of orders and will also be responsible for tracking the inventory and keeping it up to date. He/she will be a single point of contact between the company and platforms as well as its customers.

Required Capabilities:

    • Any Graduate or preferably Post Graduate in any field
    • 0-3 years working experience in E-commerce company or online selling
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in English and Hindi language
    • Must be competent with the Internet and all Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Can work independently and in a team environment
    • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
    • Quick learner, Innovative thinker with leadership skills
    • Passion, personal alignment, and commitment to the mission of eDistry

Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Create and maintain product catalogue and make sure all content is up to date, also manage and ensure all product details, images and prices on the website are accurate, updated and in line with the current trend.
    • Uploading, optimizing and modifying the new and existing product listings on various E-commerce websites like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal etc. and the company‚Äôs website.
    • Processing the orders received on E-commerce websites like Flipkart, Amazon etc.
    • Create and execute promotional offers to support the sale of specific product and attract the target customers.
    • Manage Seller account and analyze the progress of different platforms.
    • Coordinate with seller support for any issue related to listing, approval, returns, copyrights and any other account management issues.
    • Manage the returns and any customer grievances.
    • Monitor the ratings and reviews of customers and reply to the reviews.
    • Be the single point of contact for all customer queries regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions etc. and website queries.
    • Maintain and update customer database from time to time.
    • Manage inventory and keeping the inventory list updated.
    • Execute social media marketing activities of all listed products.
